Some days I’m called on to document people doing good work in the world. October 23, 2018 was one of the those days.

The folks at Playworks Georgia and the Atlanta Super Bowl Host Committee hosted the Real Players Don’t Bully Rally at the Center for Civil and Human Rights (CCHR).

The day started with a panel discussion focused on bullying and social justice, current trends related to bullying, and strategies for addressing bullying. I photographed the folks on the panel, as well as interviews with Lawrence Sidbury, and NFL mom, Dr. Diane Ross (mother of Carlos Dunlap from the Cincinnati Bengals),

But it was what happened Immediately after the panel discussion, that I got most excited about.

That’s when young people got to experience hands-on games that teach Playworks’ conflict resolution techniques and core values.
